All athletes must have a proper game plan designed specifically for their needs, goals and desires in order to be successful. Without it they are not maximizing their time, effort or results. We provide a step-by-step program that guarantees a successful outcome with our on-line training programs.

Our program starts with an assessment of the athlete's abilities which is used to optimize their training programs and to provide baselines to gauge future progress. We use heart rate as well as power to measure the proper intensities so that the athlete is not over- or under-training.

You will receive your workouts daily via email and you will also have 24 hour access to your personal web-based training log that will show all of your workouts with detailed graphs and complete analysis of your training. You will log in daily to report progress and be able to see your weekly and monthly totals and if you have achieved your weekly goals.

Your personal training log can also receive downloads from just about every training device on the planet. You can download your heart rate monitor, power or GPS device and your coach will be able to analyze your results and make adjustments as needed. But that's not all. You can also log in your daily nutritional intake and see how many calories you consume vs.. burn during workouts. Your coach can also design a strength and conditioning program to help your raise your performance to the next level.

So whether you want to finish on the podium or just get a PR, our on-line training is for you.

This program is more detailed in training intensities, workout descriptions and analysis of workouts. This plan is more adaptable for any athlete that is looking to land on the top of the podium.
