Our personal training programs are as diverse and unique as our clients, Our programs start with an initial consultation where we define your goals, assess your fitness and posture and then we design a training program to maximize your results.
12-week packages
36 sessions, $55 per session, three times per week. Includes full Bodymap Functional Movement Assessment, Egoscue postural analysis, body-fat measurement and individualized program design.
24 sessions, $65 per session, two times per week. Includes the same features as above.
Single personal training sessions, $75 per one hour session
Group training sessions:

Boot camp offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am..............................$20 per client
